1. Order Processing Time
• All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding national and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
• You will receive another notification with tracking details once your order has officially shipped.
2. Domestic Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
We partner with leading courier services across India to ensure secure and timely transit. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
• Standard Shipping: Delivered within 3 to 7 business days.
• Free Shipping: We proudly offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders across India above INR 999.
3. Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification from us containing a unique tracking number. You can use this to monitor your package's transit journey via our courier partner’s portal. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.
4. Damaged or Lost Packages
We pack our items with extreme care using transit-safe materials. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately at care@naazcart.com with your Order Number and a photograph of the item’s condition. We address these on a priority basis and will arrange a replacement or solution.
